2. Nature of a booking request

• Submitting the booking form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. We review each request and follow up to confirm availability, scheduling, and final pricing.
• A booking is only confirmed once we communicate that confirmation to you directly (for example, by email, phone, or text).
• You may request up to three vehicles and up to three date/time preferences per booking request; providing multiple preferences does not guarantee any specific time will be available.
• Any photos you upload are used to help us prepare your quote and prepare for the appointment. You confirm that you own the rights to, or otherwise have permission to share, any photos you upload, and that they do not contain unlawful content.

3. Estimates, pricing, and payment

Prices and price ranges shown on the website (including any estimate generated by the booking form based on your selected service, add-ons, and vehicle type) are starting prices and good-faith estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition, size, and type of your vehicle(s), the add-ons selected, and access conditions at the service location, and will be confirmed with you before or at the time of service. This website does not process payments; payment method and timing are arranged directly between you and us, separate from the booking form.

4. Location, access, and site conditions

For mobile or on-location services, you agree to provide accurate information about the service address and the availability of a power outlet and water access (and approximate distance to the vehicle), where applicable. Service may be delayed, modified, or declined if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or does not have the access you indicated.

5. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking request or confirmed appointment, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below. Cancellation and rescheduling policies (including any applicable notice period or fee) may be communicated at the time your booking is confirmed and may vary by service type and scheduling circumstances.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking or contact requests;
• Upload photos or content that is unlawful, infringes on another person's rights, or that you do not have permission to share;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website or any related systems; or
• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal, provincial, or municipal law.
